System log Exports

There are two pages in Flow where you can monitor ongoing actions and exports: System log and Exports

System log

Go to Monitoring > System log to open a page displaying all activities performed in Flow.

You can also view the system logs for a specific workflow from the Dashboard or Workflows page. Select … > View logs to open the system log view for the selected workflow.

This is a read-only page that displays information to help you track changes, audit processes, identify issues, and optimize workflows effectively. The log is updated automatically.

You can search for a workflow by entering values in the Search workflow field, selecting a value from the Status dropdown list, or both. You can also select the Filter option to filter the results by workflow name, file name, workflow ID, status, and date range.

Use Clear, Apply filters, and Refresh as necessary.

Use the pagination arrows at the end of the page to move between pages.

Exports

Go to Monitoring > Exports to view an overview of existing exports. You can also generate exports (maximum 10) here.

The export log displays the export's start and end dates, status, and size.

Select ... to access the Download and Delete options for each export.

  • Downloading an export is useful for reporting or troubleshooting purposes. It ensures transparency and ease of monitoring system behavior.
  • If you delete an export, you can generate a new one. The export is downloaded as a CSV file.
