Table of Contents
The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to Flow. It provides an overview of system activity, workflow performance, and system health, as well as the option to create a workflow.
Date-range filtering
To adjust the time window used for all time‑based analytics, you can select from the date‑range selector dropdown list (in the top‑right corner). The values range from Last hour (minimum, default value) to Last 14 days (maximum). When you select a new date range, the key workflow statistics and Workflow analytics data refresh to show data for the chosen period.

The Workflows list does not change, as it is not tied to a time window.
View key workflow statistics
At the top of the page, you find key workflow statistics: total number of executions, completed workflows, workflows in progress, and workflows with errors. Select any of these metrics to open the System log, where you can explore more detailed information.

Analyze workflow activity
The Workflow analytics section helps you understand trends and performance.
- Workflow status - Percentage breakdown of workflow runs by status (Success, In progress, Error)
- Top 5 Workflow executions – The most frequently executed workflows.
- Workflow executions – A graph displaying an hourly workflow activity over time, helping you track activity patterns and performance.

The Workflow analytics data is refreshed automatically every hour.
View and manage workflows
The Workflows table lists all workflows available in your tenant, making it easy to view and manage them in one place. Select View more to open the Workflows overview page, where you can see more details and work with the workflows.
Monitor system health
The System maintenance and health section provides a quick view of server status, helping you monitor availability and performance at a glance. This widget is only displayed if you have FTP enabled.
