What is guest access?
Guest access allows people (guest users) to view selected content without signing in.
This means that visitors who are not logged in can access parts of your site that have been made available to Everyone. For example, you can make a collection of files publicly available for the press or external stakeholders.
Guess users have limited permissions. They can browse designated public archives, and you can optionally allow them to download content. Access is controlled by configuring the archive permissions and granting Everyone access.
