The Fotoware plugin for Microsoft Office allows you to access assets stored in Fotoware Veloz directly from Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Note
The Fotoware plugin for Microsoft Office is available as an add‑on and must be explicitly included in your Fotoware Veloz subscription.
If you are unsure whether your organization has access to the Microsoft Office plugin, contact Fotoware.
When the plugin is enabled, a Fotoware panel is available inside Microsoft Office. From there, you can:
- Search for and browse assets stored in FotoWare Veloz
- Insert images directly into documents and presentations
- Crop images before inserting them, helping keep files lightweight and correctly formatted
This lets you work with assets from FotoWare without manually downloading files.
