How to set publication expiry and add the URL where the picture was published.

Adding publication information

Click on Publication to set publication and expiry options.

FotoWeb lets you set a publication expiry date by which the picture should no longer be available. This is useful, for instance, if the usage rights for your picture expire on a certain day. From a user's perspective, an expired object will be replaced in the CMS system by a block saying "Media not available" to indicate that it has been removed.

You can also name the publication where the picture is published. This makes it easier to manage your exports later, as you can then sort by publication name and see all exports related to a certain publication.
