Assigning InDesign Extension access to groups
How to give InDesign users access to place assets from Fotoware in layouts.

To use the Adobe InDesign Extension, users must belong to a group with the InDesign editor permission, as shown in the screenshot.
Additionally, users need Place permission on each individual archive from which they should be allowed to place assets into the InDesign layout.
