Fotoware uses SendGrid to send emails from Fotoware Veloz tenants. These emails include invitations, password-reset links, album sharing notifications, and more.

If your email server refuses to accept emails from Fotoware Veloz or sorts them as spam, ensure your spam filtering rules do not block emails from Fotoware.
Consider adding Fotoware’s sending domains (fotoware.com, fotoware.cloud) or the SendGrid mail servers to your email security solution's whitelist/allowlist.
