Access requirement: To use this feature, a user needs to have the View revisions, Copy from, and Copy to access permissions set in the archive properties.

Sometimes, you might want to create a duplicate of a certain revision of an asset.

To do so:

• Locate the asset and select it to go to the Asset Details page.
• Open the Revisions tab and select the View link next to the version you want to duplicate.

• While viewing the revision, select Duplicate to create a new file that's "disconnected" from the other revisions of the asset.

A new file will be created in the archive based on the revision you chose.
