Assigning InDesign Extension access to groups
How to give InDesign users access to place assets from Fotoware in layouts.

To allow users to use the Adobe InDesign Extension, they need to belong to a group with the InDesign editor permission, as shown in the screenshot below.
Furthermore, users need Place permission for each archive from which they can add assets to an InDesign layout.
