Color Factory can be configured to add information about clipping and working paths, transparency layers, and Alpha channels to metadata. This can for instance be used as the basis for markers in FotoStation and FotoWeb to visually indicate the state of the files.

In Color Factory Settings, expand the relevant channel and select Metadata. 

Open the Resources tab.

The following dialog appears.

To map information to a metadata field, choose from the available fields in the drop-down lists.
