Note: The FotoWeb Reports module/Fotoware Custom Report Generator tool is deprecated and will be set to End of Life on April 1st, 2024.
Installing Report Designer
The Report Designer is usually installed when installing FotoWeb using the Fotoware FotoWeb installer.
However, if you decide not to install Report Designer when installing FotoWeb and instead install it separately at a later date, FotoWeb will fail to open.
To avoid this error, you need to follow these steps :
- Open Fotoware FotoWeb installer.
- Select Remove.
- When the removal process has finished, reboot the server.
- Open FotoWare FotoWeb installer again.
- Install FotoWeb Server and Report Designer.
- When the upgrade process is complete, both FotoWeb and the Report Designer are installed and are available for use.
