Modifying common properties for a selection of users
If you have a large user base in Fotoware and want to modify some common settings for all of them, you can do so in the User Management console.
- From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Manage Users/Groups.
- Select the relevant users. You can search by username, first name, and last name.
- Select from the following:
- Set company - Sets a new company name for the selected users.
- Set license - Sets a new license type for the selected users.
- Set access - Enable/disable (lock out) the selected users.
- Set expiry date - Set the date when the selected user accounts will be disabled (locked out) from the system.
- Delete multiple - Delete the selected users.
- Select Save for the option you choose to set the value for all selected users.
