Adding a note
You can add a note to a single file or a whole range by making a selection and clicking on the Set note button in the action bar. Then type in the information you want to attach and click on Save to store it.
How you can tell that an asset has a note attached to it
When assets have a note attached to them they display a little yellow triangle in the corner to notify other users that there's information there that may be important. Thus, notes are a convenient way to attach important information to an asset.
A user can display the note simply by hovering over it with the mouse cursor. Clicking on it brings up a window where the note can be edited.
Tip: You can also add a note to a single asset from the Details page: Open the Action menu and choose Set note.
