When migrating content to Fotoware, you might want to preserve the original date and time of the assets that are uploaded. This can be accomplished in two ways:

1. Using the web uploader to upload files to an archive where the associated metadata set has the Preserve modification time option set.
   
   Note: This setting is currently available only in the web uploader.
    
2. Migrating content using the Fotoware API and making use of the option to preserve the files' original modification time.
