An action can be configured to copy files from its original archive to another archive on the server.

This is set up in the site configuration: Go to the Actions tab and create a new action. Then go to the Destination asset tab, choose Archive as the destination type, and choose the destination archive from the drop-down list below.

Note: In Fotoware Veloz, this feature will only work when outputting a file to another storage pool. Copying files between archives that share the same storage pool will only work if you simultaneously add a macro that updates the archive designator in the metadata.
