An action can be configured to send assets to an email recipient.
In the Action properties, go to the Destination asset tab and choose Email with attachment as the destination type.
You can either configure the action to send assets to a preset email address or to a list of addresses (separated by semicolons), or allow the user to set their own recipient, in which case they are presented with a dialog to enter the recipient address when running the action. To include a message, enter text in the Message field.
Additional options
Additional options that allow user interaction can be set, for example, the possibility to rename files and display the metadata editor to users when running the action.
If the action is of the Extended type, a metadata macro and additional processing with a processing profile can also be applied.
