Access to the site configuration is granted to the site owner and other users who have been granted administrative privileges on the site through their group membership. Users with such administrative privileges can access the Site Configuration from the Tools menu. The Site Configuration provides access to the settings the user is allowed to modify. Site owners have full access to all aspects of the site configuration.
