If you are working on an integration, you will require access to this area to create your API token. This requires special permission ("is a developer") for your Fotoware Alto instance, which can only be set by Fotoware staff in the Cloud Manager. Request this setting before you start developing.

You can find the Fotoware API (previously Picturepark API) documentation here: https://picturepark.com/developers/. Contact Fotoware Support regarding clients for new integrations.

Create an API Client

  1. Go to Settings and open API Clients.
    1. If you don't see it, you are missing the flag ("isDeveloper"), which can only be set by Fotoware Support.
  2. Create a new client.
    1. Choose a password for the authentication.
    2. Client Secret doesn't matter in this scenario.
    3. Choose all scopes or select the ones you need.
    4. Select Enable.
  3. Select Tokens for this client.
  4. Create a new Token.
    1. Log in with your account (here, access is checked again).
Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
