See how you can spell check the metadata you have entered in the editor.
Spell-checking your content
If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can use it to spell-check the metadata text. (On the Mac, spell checking is built in.) Select one or more files and open the metadata editor as described earlier. To check the spelling of the currently selected metadata field only, press the F7 key. To check the spelling for all fields, press Ctrl+F7. (On the Mac, right-click on any text field and select Spelling from the menu to access spell checking.)
